This policy explains what PickPocket LLC collects, why, and your choices. We keep it short and plain.
Account information (email, age confirmation). Preferences you give us (favorite leagues, bet size range, the habits you ask us to watch). Usage data (your chats with PickPocket, credits used, and basic device and log data needed to run and secure the Service).
Payment information is handled by Stripe, our payment processor. We do not store your full card number; Stripe does, under its own security and privacy terms.
To operate the Service, personalize your analysis, process subscriptions and credits, prevent fraud and abuse, provide support, and comply with the law. We do not sell your personal information.
Service providers who help us run PickPocket (for example, hosting, our database, Stripe for payments, and the AI provider that powers analysis), each only as needed to provide the Service. We may disclose information if required by law.
You can edit your preferences, clear your chat history, or delete your account from within the app. Deleting your account removes your personal data as described in the app. You can contact us for any privacy request.
We keep information for as long as your account is active or as needed to run the Service and meet legal obligations, then delete or anonymize it. We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data.
