Refund Policy

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account, in two taps, with no phone call required. When you cancel, your plan stays active until the end of the billing period you have already paid for, and it does not renew after that.

Monthly subscription fees are generally non-refundable once a billing period has begun, because access to the software is provided immediately. If you cancel, you keep access through the end of the current period. We do not charge cancellation fees.

One-time credit top-ups are delivered instantly and are non-refundable once purchased. Credits have no cash value and cannot be transferred or redeemed for money.

We will refund a charge that was clearly a duplicate, a technical error, or an unauthorized transaction, and we honor any refund required by applicable law. If you believe you were charged in error, contact us within 30 days and we will make it right.
