Welcome to PickPocket. These Terms govern your use of the PickPocket app and website at pickpocket.gg (the “Service”), operated by PickPocket LLC. By creating an account or subscribing, you agree to these Terms.
PickPocket is a subscription software product that provides sports data analysis, odds research, statistics, and educational content. It is an information and analysis tool only.
PickPocket is not a sportsbook. We do not accept wagers, hold or transmit customer funds for betting, facilitate bets, or pay out winnings. Nothing in the Service is a guarantee of any outcome or profit. Any bets you place are made independently, by you, at your own licensed sportsbook, at your own risk.
You must be at least 21 years old and legally permitted to use a sports analysis service where you live. You are responsible for complying with the laws that apply to you.
PickPocket is sold as a recurring monthly subscription. Each plan includes a monthly allowance of credits used for AI-assisted answers; that monthly allowance does not roll over between billing periods. You may also buy one-time credit top-ups. Credits you buy do not expire: a renewal replaces your monthly allowance and leaves purchased credits untouched, and your monthly allowance is always spent first.
Subscriptions renew automatically each month until cancelled. Payments are processed by Stripe; by subscribing you authorize recurring charges to your payment method. You can cancel anytime from your account, and your access continues until the end of the current billing period. See our Refund Policy for details.
Do not misuse the Service: no attempting to bypass usage limits or billing, no automated scraping or resale of our analysis, no reverse engineering, and no use that violates the law. We may suspend accounts that abuse the Service or attempt to defraud our billing.
PickPocket provides analysis and information, not financial, legal, or professional advice, and not a prediction or guarantee of any result. Sports outcomes are uncertain. You are solely responsible for your own decisions and any bets you place.
